Refund and Returns:

Clothes & Leather Gear® want every customer with the quality, Comfort and value of our customers money. Sometimes it happened that customer wants to exchange or refund.

Customer Can Change Their Good within 30 Days of Purchase Date.

Please send us your all order details in our email: for open return request or Submit Returns/Refund Request from When You Login into Your Customer Account 

Refund Policy:

If any customer has plan to refund or exchange his purchase, then be sure to open refund token, Keep it in original condition with full proof of your purchase. Then customer can get their full refund or exchange.
If customer get anything in faulty condition, then it also be replaced within 30 Days of purchase date. But again, in original condition of product. Original condition means that please send us back with all packaging labels and tags, in which customer get the item.
Whenever, we will get the return, we will refund all amount to the person who originally placed the order. This refund policy also includes on the Sales or Promotional events.
If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless there was an error on our part.

Return/Exchange Instructions: 

If you wish to return an item, it must be returned within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received. We cannot accept returns for customized or personalized items, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

For Return, follow these below instructions when returning your Purchase:

  1. The customer is responsible to pay shipping costs on all returned items.
  2. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  3. Items must be in "like new" condition.
  • If Item are not look " Like New", then customer have to pay 25% for restocking on the state of the Item returned.
  • We are not taking any returns on the items that are purchased by any other platform (Like Amazon, Etsy & eBay) or any other 3rd Party.
  • Clothes & Leather Gear Supplies Ltd is not responsible of any product that are returned or loss due to address. So, please follow up your Tracking information.
  • Clothes & Leather Gear also not responsible of any Custom duty charges on product delivery because Custom duty charges are charged according to the Law/Rules of destination country.                                   

 Replacement Policy:

If an item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, and we will send a replacement product free of charge. If the item is out of stock, we will offer a full refund or store credit.

 When any of our customer get this situation that one of our members send you wrong item that totally different from your purchase or even you get any damaged item. Clothes & Leather Gear take full responsibility to return or exchange the product. But be Sure you can take this kind of return with in 14 days of your invoice order. The important part is that you are not get any refund until our any of warehouse gets the item.

Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel and issue a full refund. If the order has already shipped, you will need to return the item for a refund.
